• Support communications sent to our public support email.
• Basic technical data that may be needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, or reliable app operation.

How information is used

We use information to provide and secure ClassHub LK, including to:

• Manage accounts, roles, classes, institutes, and memberships.
• Show attendance, dues, payments, payment history, and balances.
• Support QR-based identity verification workflows.
• Prepare platform billing and institute finance records.
• Review payment evidence and handle payment-related disputes.
• Provide support and respond to user requests.
• Protect against abuse, unauthorized access, and fraud.

AI assistant scope

If an AI assistant is available in ClassHub LK, it is advisory and read-only. It may help summarize or explain information, but it cannot change attendance, dues, payment truth, platform billing, finance records, or settlement history.

Sharing and access

Access is role-based. Students, teachers, institute owners or admins, and platform administrators see information according to their authorized role and relationship to the class or institute.

We do not add public trackers or advertising scripts to this support website. ClassHub LK may use trusted infrastructure providers to host, store, secure, and operate the app and its data.

Retention

Some records may need to be retained after an account deletion request where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, platform security, audit history, or legal compliance. This may include payment, billing, attendance, finance, settlement, security, and audit records.
