You do not need to log in to read these instructions. To request deletion of a ClassHub LK account, email Aakin Digital Solutions at the support address below.

Suggested subject: ClassHub LK Account Deletion Request
What to include
- Your registered email address.
- Your role, if known: student, teacher, institute owner/admin, or platform admin.
- The institute or class name, if it helps us identify the account.
- A short statement that you want your ClassHub LK account deleted.
For safety, we may ask for reasonable confirmation before processing the request, especially if the request affects institute, payment, or finance records.
What may be deleted
Depending on your account and role, we may delete or deactivate account/profile information and remove access to the app. Where appropriate, we may also delete support messages or uploaded files that are no longer needed.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained where needed for accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security, audit history, platform billing, institute finance, settlement history, or legal compliance. Retained records may include:
- Payment, due, balance, and payment evidence records.
- Platform billing and institute finance records.
- Attendance, class membership, and audit records needed for disputes or accountability.
- Security logs and abuse-prevention records.
Retained records are kept only where there is a legitimate operational, security, accounting, dispute, or legal reason.
Processing time
We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable time after we receive enough information to identify and verify the account. If more details are needed, we will reply by email.
